ARTE by Antonio Citterio is a boutique 12-storey pre-construction development project that will be located in Surfside, Florida offered by ASRR Capital Ltd., the publicly-traded Israeli company led by New York real estate moguls Alex Sapir and Rotem Rosen, and Turkish businesswoman Ozlem Onal, and Suzer Group of Turkey . ARTE condo will consist of only 16 ultra-luxury residences designed and created by Citterio-Viel and Partners. The landscape design will handle well-known Enzo Enea.
Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design will serve as architect of record.

Encompassing 150,000 square feet (13,935 square metres), the Miami development will offer amenities such as a spa, fitness centre, and indoor and outdoor pools.
The units will be delivered furniture ready and each unit will have access to enclosed, air conditioned garage spaces for three cars

Inside the tower, amenities will include a spa and indoor and outdoor pools. And across the street, at 8926 Collins Avenue, a separate amenity building is planned, with a garage, 24-hour valet, a golf simulator, club room, cigar room and rooftop tennis courts.
