Eighty Seven Park (87 Park) is an ultra-luxury pre-construction project in Miami Beach, Florida, USA.
There is only 70 beachfront contemporary Residences in 18 floor building. Units range anywhere from 1 to 5 bedrooms (1,018 SF to 4,140 SF of interior space). Maximum 6 units per floor(sometimes no more than two units per floor in upper penthouses). All residences have private elevators and expansive terraces. Due to ideal location (Ocean and the beach on the eastside and public park on the south) all residences have unobstructed views of the Ocean and park. Units are delivered completely finished. Every unit will have an outdoor kitchen. Development is also conveniently located to the major highways and city centers.

Born in Genoa, a port city to the north of Italy, Renzo Piano grew up with the sea in his blood and the crystalline light in his eyes. It’s little wonder he felt at home in Miami.
