The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach is a new interpretation of the ultra-luxury contemporary oceanfront lifestyle. Heading to complete in the middle of 2018 The Ritz-Carlton Residences developers Chateau Group and Fortune International Group started construction in the June 2016.
